Important: This tool decodes your audio using your browser and exports the selected section as 16-bit PCM WAV. The output may be larger than the input, and exact trimming is limited by the audio sample rate. Your recording stays in the browser during processing; no server upload is required.

How to Trim Audio Online

Upload an audio recording, use the sliders or enter start and end times, and click Preview Selection to listen to the chosen segment. When satisfied, click Trim Audio & Create WAV to generate and download the selected section.

You can use this tool to remove unwanted introductions, isolate short sound clips, or extract a portion of a voice recording. Supported input formats depend on your browser’s audio decoding capabilities.
